OUR PROCESS
STEP 1
After you contact us by phone or our website form, we'll return your call to learn more about what you would like to accomplish with your next home improvement project. Some clients of TJ's Services come to us with very specific ideas, but others look to us to offer ideas and suggestions.
STEP 2
Depending on you project's size, we may ask about your budget. This allows TJ's Services to recommend solutions that fit your needs and stay within a realistic price range. We'll also provide options that aren’t essential but could be worth considering based on your goals.
STEP 3
Step 3 of the TJ's Services includes a visit to your property to survey the space that you would like us to work on. We take measurements and assess any obstacles that might need to be considered. This is also when you can show us more clearly what you would like to have done.
STEP 4
After the consultation, we’ll present you with several options for construction, layout, styles, and products that align with your vision and budget. We'll also provide a detailed estimate covering both materials and labor for the entire project. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll set a start date and prepare a final contract for your review and approval.
STEP 5
And then the fun begins! If we engage any subcontractors, know that we carefully screen them for insurance and licenses. Owner Troy Langer oversees the employees and contractors and is in constant communication with them if he is not on site. At the end of each workday, we’ll leave the jobsite clean and as undisturbed as possible. Depending on the type of remodel, we’ll do our best to keep your spaces functional throughout the project.
STEP 6
When the job is complete, we will inspect the work together, ensuring that we accomplished everything you expected and that you are satisfied with the results of your home improvement project. The area will be completely cleaned up and you should not see any construction debris or tools left behind. We will also collect any outstanding payments.
